If you are unsatisfied with your Windup purchase for any reason, you have 45 days from the date of shipment to request a full refund. If you purchased your Windup through an authorized retailer, please return your Windup to the retailer with proof of purchase and in accordance with its policies. You may return any physical product purchased on 2xllife.com in accordance with the terms below:
To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:
- A return authorization must be requested from our customer service team within 45 days of your shipment date. To request a return authorization, please contact Customer Service here.
- You must ship the Product from a location inside the country where the Product was originally purchased from 2XL Corporation or an authorized Windup reseller.
- You must return the product to 2XL Corporation in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) with the original packaging. All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
- The return authorization number must be included along with your returned product.
When we receive the device at our warehouse, we will inspect the shipment to ensure all parts have been returned and the device undamaged. Once the device has been inspected, usually in about 5 business days, we will process your refund, less the return shipping amount and reimburse the payment method you used for the purchase. It usually takes 5-10 business days for the credit to be reflected on your bank statement.
