ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Subject to the *EXCEPTIONS AND EXCLUSIONS identified below, 2XL Corporation warrants, for one full year, to the original retail owner, that the WINDUP Floor Cleaning System (WINDUP unit) will be free of defects that are due to faulty material or workmanship. If the WINDUP unit should be defective within the warranty period, we will, at our option, replace defective part(s) or the WINDUP unit free of charge. The one-year limited warranty period for the WINDUP unit does not cover the cleaning material rolls, cleaning solutions or batteries. The limited warranty for the WINDUP unit is intended for the original user only and shall terminate and be of no further effect one year after the date of the original retail sale. The warranty is invalid if the unit is not used as outlined in the user’s guide, including but not limited to:
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES EITHER ORAL OR WRITTEN. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHICH MAY ARISE BY OPERATION OF LAW, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE ONE YEAR DURATION FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE AS DESCRIBED ABOVE.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts so the above limitation may not apply to you.
If, after following the instructions in the user’s guide, you are certain that the WINDUP unit is defective, call us immediately at 1-888-977-3726 for further instructions. Please be sure to have available a complete description of the problem, proof of purchase and your name, address, and telephone number. This warranty gives you
specific rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country.

- Abused, misused, or used of other than the intended purpose or used commercially.
- Used to cause incidental or consequential damage to personal property resulting from misuse or possible defects with this device.
